Here at Nailzz By Stunz we respect your time and understand things happen. In return I expect you to do the same and to book accordingly!🎀 — Please read the following policies carefully before booking: Deposits 💸 — A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment before arrival! It will go towards your service :) • Deposits are only refundable if I cancel your appointment. Cancellations❌ — If you would like to cancel/reschedule an appointment you MUST do so 24-48 hours in advance. No-Calls/ No-Show🚫 •First No-Call/ No-Show you will be charged 50% of total service • Third No-Call/ No-Show you will be banned from any future services and charged 50%. Late Policy • I have a 15 minute grace period After 10 minutes you will be sent a message to remind you to arrive to your appointment After 15 minutes or more you will be marked as a No-Call/ No- Show and charged 50% of your total service. I completely understand that life happens — if there’s an emergency or something unexpected (like a car issue or family emergency), just communicate with me as soon as you can!💗 Refunds💸 • I do not provide refunds, however I can fix any broken nails/ missing charms for free after the first 1-2 weeks after your appointment. If there was a problem on my end I will do my best to fix the problem and we can discuss about it more :) Anything after will be on you EXTRA POLICY INFO (IMPORTANT ‼️) •Please come with bare clean hands (no nail polish/ acrylic) unless you’ve booked a soak off with your set. —I do not do foreign soak offs and will not work on damaged nails or nails with acrylic already on. —However, if you come in with a foreign set removal will be required before your service! An additional $5 fee will apply for this removal as many nail techs use illegal+damaging product like MMA. •If you are feeling unwell and sick please cancel your appointment until you are ready to book again. I care about your safety and expect you to care about mine! 🫶🏽 • In no way will I rush your service. Please book accordingly! Make sure you have nothing important planned for the day of your appointment :) • I have 3 fur babies!🐶 please let me know of any allergies • 1 guest is allowed •No children allowed *Please remember I am a home based nail tech who lives in a house with other people! I kindly ask you to respect my home💗 -Your cooperation helps me provide a more comfortable space and experience when booking :) REMAINING BALANCE IS PREFERRED IN CASH💸💸
